Pursuant to art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679
VOKRE hereby intends to inform users who visit the website “www.vokre.it” (hereinafter the “Site”) of the Policy adopted regarding the protection of personal data, underlining its commitment and attention with reference to the protection of the privacy of site visitors.
Browsing the Site is free and does not require registration, with the exception of some areas in which the user can freely and expressly provide a series of data concerning him to access specifically identified services. Therefore, if the visitor intends to provide his personal data to access these additional services, he will be expressly informed pursuant to art. 13 of Community Regulation 679/2016 / EU, European Regulation on the protection of personal data (hereinafter the “Regulation”), with indication (by way of example) of the purposes and methods of data processing by VOKRE, as well as the rights due pursuant to art. from 15 to 22 of the Regulation.
Information on the protection of personal data
Pursuant to and for the purposes of the Regulation, VOKRE provides the following information.
1. Types of personal data processed
No registration is required to access the Site. However, there are sections within the Site that require registration or the use of a username and password, or services for which you must provide your data (e.g. Your data may be required to access the Newsletter services, to contact us, to report your “wish list” to a friend, etc.).
If VOKRE acquires personal information and data, it will inform users in advance, pursuant to Article 13 of the Regulation, of the purposes for which such data are requested and the ways in which they will be used. Where necessary, VOKRE will acquire the user’s specific consent for the related use of the data. By way of example, personal data such as name and surname, telephone number, e-mail address and other information that the user agrees to provide to use the Site’s services may be requested by completing a specific registration form. VOKRE will use the personal data collected online only for the purposes indicated during registration.
Data relating to connection and navigation within the Site (such as the addresses in URI-Uniform Resource Identifier notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user’s IT environment) are collected for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the Site and to check its correct functioning and are deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the Site: with the exclusion of this possibility.
2. Optional provision of personal data

All information collected is transmitted in a secure connection in order to prevent it from being intercepted by outsiders. The security of the Site is guaranteed and certified by a leading company among Internet security service providers.
The data will not be communicated or disclosed to third parties except within the limits and under the conditions expressly indicated in the information provided to the user from time to time and with the prior authorization of the user.
4. Links to other sites
This information is provided only for the VOKRE Site and not for other websites that may be consulted by the user via links. VOKRE cannot be held responsible for personal data provided by users to external parties or to any websites linked to this Site.
5. “Profiling” and/or customization tools
VOKRE does not carry out any promotional and/or advertising communication activities without the prior express consent of the user.
The Site uses “Cookies”: these are text files that are sent from a web server (which is the computer on which the visited website is running) to the user’s browser (Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, etc.) And stored on the hard disk of the user’s PC when he visits the Site. What types of cookies does VOKRE use?
Temporary cookies

2) Purpose of collection: cookies are used in order to (i) allow easier and faster navigation within the Site, (ii) improve the browsing experience by suggesting the best products and promotions based on the navigation carried out.
3) Data collected: the following information is stored: the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user’s IT environment.
4) Validity of cookies: The Site uses session cookies (i.e. cookies that are automatically deleted when the browser is closed), as well as permanent cookies (i.e. cookies that are stored until deleted by the user), whose duration does not exceed in any case the six months.
5) Necessity to accept cookies: acceptance of cookies is not mandatory but their deactivation, although it allows navigation within the Site, may not allow the release of some contents and functions of the Site.

Cookies (transmitted by the domain www.vokre.it) contain the following information: a numerical ID that uniquely identifies VOKRE and a numerical ID that identifies the user (who browses the Site), both stored in our database; a numerical ID that uniquely identifies the user’s browsing (so-called “record”) within our database; a pseudorandom alphanumeric session ID automatically deleted from the file
browser when closed (session cookies).

Profiling cookies relating to remarketing activities track users in a profiled but anonymous form, even if they are not logged in to the site.
